Guidelines for Parents
Just as a good school brings out the best in a student, similarly a wise, attentive and proactive parent can make a huge difference in the child’s progress. You are answerable to the school in every aspect of your ward’s behavior and progress.
Following Are Some Guidelines
- Know, understand and follow all the rules, regulation and requirements for your ward.
- It is to be strictly noted that it is entirely the parent’s duty and responsibility to take their ward once they climb down the staircase. The school is not answerable after outgoing timings.
- Tiffin box should contain nutritious, home cooked food. Non-veg or oily food not allowed.
- Intimate class teacher and school office immediately about change in address and telephone numbers.
- Do not send your ward in case of any health problems. Each year, keep the class teacher and Section Incharge informed in writing about any prolonged health issues. Though we will not be responsible for any untoward incident, care as per available means will be taken. In addition certificate from the concerned doctor regarding the implications of sickness is essential.
- For regular communication with parents and students, Schola App has been provided. Ensure that you keep yourself updated to know what is happening in school.
- Talk to your ward, keep a check on her/his behaviour, books, interests and performance. Take corrective measures immediately to avoid problems getting bigger.
Parents Can Meet Teachers as Per the Following Time Table
| Std. | Day | Time | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Jr.K.G. & Sr.K.G. | Every Saturday | 11.00 a.m. | |
| I – II | Every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month | 03.30 p.m. | |
| VI-VIII |
|
10.30 a.m. | |
| IX – X | Every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month | After School (10.45 a.m.) |
- Control your temper when talking to any school staff or Management member. Your status whatever it is, should be kept at home or outside the school gate because management is not interested in what you are but only interested in what your child is at school and after schooling.
- Parents are expected to follow a dress code. Do not wear shorts or nighties when you come to school.
- Parents to strictly note – there should be no personal contact with teachers and staff via phones or residential visits. Approaching teacher for tuitions, conducting business can lead to termination of the student. Also tarnishing the school name through gossiping and spreading rumours will call for immediate strict action.
- Finally we would like to make it very clear that we are interested in giving the best to our students. Do not come out with arguments and create a bad atmosphere. In case you feel at any time that you have made a mistake by taking your child’s admission in our Temple of Education you are free to change the school.
As intimated, parents can meet teachers on the designated day & time. However for matters that require immediate attention, we have a ‘Redressal Cell’. parents can record their complaints with concerned personal at 12.00 noon and 4.30 p.m. respectively Section Incharge will contact you the next working day to address the problem.
